Our claims service is open Monday to Friday 9 – 5.30pm, excluding public holidays. In addition our online claims form is recommended
for speedy service, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will contact you promptly once all claims forms are received
(during business).

When am I not covered?
Whilst an Insurance Policy will cover many events, it will not cover all circumstances where damage might occur. For example, a policy will generally not cover claims for loss damage or liability if the vehicle is being used illegally or for unlawful purposes.

Can I decide who repairs my car or bike if I have a claim?
This will depend on whether you opted for this cover when purchasing the policy as not all Insurers provide this option.
