I am due to pick up my new car tomorrow and I have spent the whole day talking to different insurance companies to try and arrange full comprehensive cover. Majority of them didn't even want to talk to me or even offer me a basic quote which was a bit disheartening. Those that have bothered to give me a quote, I found to be very arrogant and didn't not want to listen to anything I had to say and not to mention some of the mind-blowing/unreasonable quotation amounts they were trying to sell. So far my day was going from bad to worst.

I then remembered a friend of mine telling me about your company and how he was extremely happy with your services and the overall professionalism your staff showed in handling his quote! So I decided to go ahead and give you guys a call. At this point I was so over it that I could of handled anything that was "chucked" at me!!

Thankfully enough I was greeted by a friendly voice on the other end and someone that actually listened. I have to say that the way she spoke to me and handled my matter was by far the best customer service I had received in a whole day. She was very friendly and understanding and actually was willing to listen to what I had to say. I was extremely happy with the quote and the way the quote was handled that I knew straight away I was in good hands.

So once again Thank You FAMOUS Insurance for the right cover and a piece of mind! Let me assure you that I will be recommending you to all of my family and friends and I look forward to doing more business with you in the near future once my existing cover runs out on my other vehicles!
